Default What's for dinner wk Jan 29th

Going to try to do a pantry challenge this week. I don't want to buy too much at the supermarket. We got everything we need for dinner already in the house.

Sun Dinner at my mom

Mon Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, zucchini

Tues Kielbasa and bake beans in the crockpot

Wed Use leftover meatloaf for the spaghetti

Thurs Fish sticks, french fries

Fri Pork Chops, couscous, veggies

Sat Son's birthday party in the afternoon at the skating ring. May have leftover pizza or will be sandwiches

Not sure what we're having on which days, but here are the dinners I have planned:

- Taco Soup w/ mini quesadilla rolls
- Salsa/Sour Cream Crock Pot Chicken w/ salad & some other TBD side dish
- Whole wheat pasta w/ sauce and meatballs served with salad & cheese bread
- Garlic and olive oil Tilapia w/ baked potatoes and some other veggie
- Beef Tator tot casserole

Those are our weeknight meals -- over the weekend we'll eat whatever from the freezer and pantry, plus we'll probably spend $20 or so to eat out.

I am very proud because I've just started cooking (no more meals from a box!) and have been very diligent about couponing and buying sale/generic items only. The grocery game has helped a lot!
