Default Investing in Hurricane Katrina aftermath

I read this article that I thought was interesting:

<A HREF="http://moneycentral.msn.com/content/P128312.asp">Invest in the Katrina Recovery</A>

Are there other areas where you can invest to both help rebuild the areas damaged and also get a good return on your money?

I saw this article yesterday. Perhaps it's just me, but I'm feeling that giving to the survivors is of utmost importance at this time. This article might have been published too soon after the detruction.
