How people spend their money is completely their business. However, what often happens is that people who don't make good financial choices will eventually get into trouble and request help, either from people they know or from the government. Or, they file for bankruptcy.

I've seen people (who could barely afford to) take expensive vacations later go on food stamps or welfare because they didn't look at their long-range financial futures. Therefore, what previously was none of our business now becomes our business because we have to pay for that irresponsibility.

Now, if she's just luring them in with the food and shooting the quail and cooking them up to offset the cost of dining out, that strategy might pay out. You'd have to eat a lot of quail though.

Haha, I can't imagine myself eating a lot of quail! I think it's for her to decide on the matter.
