Default Free Credit Card Perks You Might Not Have Known About

I know that many credit cards have perks that come for free but I don't know too many of them.

Here is what I am aware of for American Express - I am sure there are more so please post them so that we all benefit

American Express -

They will double your warranty for free, up to one year.

Amex also protects you against theft and damage for 90 days

Amex also allows you to return an item you don't like for up to 90 days, up to $300 an item.

As going through your links I think that many people do not know is that credit cards also come with some little-known perks. And depending on how you use these perks, that can be extremely valuable, not to mention convenient.

That is exactly what I was trying to get at but I was hoping people could mention other ones, especially ones they have experience using.

I spent a lot of time putting an article together on these free perks (many of which are travel related) back in June of this year. There's way too much information to try and rewrite here, so check out the actual guide which breaks down all the free benefits by credit issuer. It can be found at the end of the following blog post. Hope you find it useful.

I just found out that Discover actually has Deals under their ShopDiscover section. The deals include free shipping and % off coupons. I kicked myself because I could have saved $25 bucks if I had seen the coupons before I just placed a previous order. Oh well, I know they exist now!
