I'm finding a different address listed online:
Quote:
Went to: HSBC - Contact Us and clicked the 'credit cards' tab to find the info about the Best Buy credit card.

Very cool! Thank you! I don't get much time on my computer. I'm usually surfing from my iPhone. So, sometimes, I miss stuff. I'd looked on their site but could not find it. This is just what I needed.
![]() Now, why it's not being correctly displayed in their user agreement, is beyond me. But, it's a CC company, so I don't exactly hold them to the highest standards of trust. Haha Thanks much! |

I had similar problems lately trying to get JP Morgan Chase to remove me from their credit card mailing list. Because I have a good credit score, they have been sending me about three or more offers per week for the last six to seven months. I don't use credit cards, so I called to cancel, and they promised I would not receive any more within a week. They continue to come now two months later, so I recently called the 1-888-OPT-OUT number I found on one of the offers. If this doesn't work, I guess you can report them to the Better Business Bureau.

That's not what is happening with me...
However, I remember there is a way to opt out of getting those offers. I like receiving them, though, as they are a good indication of how lenders look at my credit. I already use creditsesame.com to monitor my score (need to do the 3 free reports a year trick; always forget), but like to see percentages to match. |
