Not all overtime pay is equal
My overtime pays is the same as my regular pay because I am not under the GS or NSPS pay system. I just found out that my co-workers are still under the GS and they get 1.5 at the bare minimum for overtime work performed side by side with me. How could OPM and Fair Labor Law allow this to occur?
