Keep in mind that changes are coming down the pike in health care (as you probably already know). How will this effect the cash flow? Being in Real Estate for a while, I'm not optimistic about a recovery for a while. Seems like there is some good advice being given in previous posts.

the kid: Thanks, we will re-examine our retirement objectives this weekend and capture them on paper. Our priorities have dramatically changed. The only change in our financial plan was to adjust percentages and add a sum for high risk investment.
