Default Do you think bank interest rates will rise?

I've been following the on-line bank interest rates and they seem to be going up. EmigrantDirect doesn't even have the highest rate anymore, although the banks offering higher rates require $5000 or $10000 deposit instead of just $1 like Emigrant.

ING now isn't even in the top ten in interest rate or even the top 15. I think it is at number 17 at the moment. I'm hoping that they won't want to stay in that position and will raise their rates.

Do you think there will be another round of interest rate increases this coming week?

I think that we'll be seeing some increases in the interest rates. There seems to be a lot of competition for the highest rate and I don't think all the banks have figured in the last .25% interest rate hike yet.
