Talking Paid off my car

I received my federal taxes today and paid off my car a year early! I paid $3503 to pay off car, paid sister-in-law to do my taxes ($50), put 838.71 in emergency fund, and paid off some of this month's bills ($150). The only debt I have now is my mortgage! Going to put 1/2 of the money I used to pay for the car in my EF and the other 1/2 on my mortgage.

That is so wonderful. I am so happy for you. My car will be paid off in a few months. The car payment is almost $900 a month. Can't wait to get rid of it. We didn't pay it off early because it was interest free, so we paid off other things instead.
