cheap home phone service

Does anyone know the number I can call for the home phone service that's only $25.00/month? The first month is supposed to be free. I have a friend who is already on it here in waycross, ga but, she didn't remember the #.

I'd vote for vonage too. I'm currently on a special price with FIOS but when that expires I'm going to cancel the phone service and just used vonage through my high speed internet. We already use Skype to call my wife's family in Italy and its awesome.
