401k question
I was looking at my 401k and saw three contribution fields. One was my contribution, the second was my employers match and the third was an Investment Partnership plan. Can anyone tell me what the third one is?

Do you have a stock purchase program?
Do you have a profit sharing plan? Do you get discretionary bonuses? Do you get stock options?
