Maat, Radiator, marriage isn't about putting the foot down. It's about compromise and the ability to work together. Ultimatums don't work. That's a fast way to divorce court for many couples.

Wanna give me an ultimatum? I'd kick your behind as a coworker. Ultimatums don't even work with kids. Wonder why wars start? Ultimatums.

That's not the adult way to handle things.

It's not my way or the highway, except maybe killing someone, raping, theft, etc. Accepted bad behaviors.

But I believe christianity is good and my husband believes muslim is right? Whose wrong? Neither can ever really be wrong.

FWIW, I suggest counseling and investing in learning how to talk to each other to work on the marriage, if you want to stay married.
