Default Free haircut for me!

I haven't cut my hair in about 1 year...lack of time and lack of $$...Yesterday, I called a hotel to make a reservation, and they asked for my rewards membership number...they have a loyalty program for the people actually making the reservations...I went on line and checked what I could get with the points I have...I got $20 for a beauty salon visit and $10 for a hardware store...I could have gotten $15 for the supermarket instead of the $20 for my hair, but, honestly, I feel that I deserve the pampering (not to mention it will be nice to update my look!)

My girls and I haven't had to pay for a haircut in 6 years. We just let it grow long. Recently, we decided it was time for a trim, so we cut each others hair.

Can't say the same for my husband. I think he get is cut every 6 weeks.

One of my perks is going to the salon and getting it cut. I do color my own hair these days.

Hubby does shave his head and we alternate on cutting the boys hair.

I think it is important to pamper yourself every once in awhile to keep your saving motivation up. There is nothing wrong with that. And great job on getting all those extras with their reward system!
