Default My savings portfolio

This year my financial has been to save aggressively up to 50% of my annual salary. I have been well on track so far and I was also helped by hefty tax refund I recently received.

So far this is an overall breakdown of my savings portfolio -

Retirement Savings (401K, IRA) - 30%
Investments (Land, MF, ESPP) - 40%
Cash - 30%

Breakdown of my investments portfolio -

Short Term (less than 1 year) - 15%
Long Term (greater than 10 years) - 85%

What do you guys think of this so far?

I am looking to increase my short term investment % by reducing cash %. What are the best options available out there other than fixed deposits?

I do not have any debt and not buying a home or a car in next 2-3 years.

I appreciate and welcome any suggestions.

How old are you? teens, 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's?

What are the regular savings goals for if not for a house or car? IOW, will you be needing liquidity?

I don't quite understand the question. What are you calling a short term investment and how does that differ from what you are calling cash?

What will the short term money be used for? Does that include your emergency fund or is that what the cash portion is? Is your EF fully funded (at least 6 months of expenses)?
