I pay $55 a month to the major CC's. I have no assets.

I just found out I'm going to be clearing another $1200 income or so next month so that will help.

get you debt under contol first. The personal loan idea is a BAD one, you will just push yourself in deeper. You are still young, take a year or so to get your finances sorted out first. There is nothing worse to start a new business on the back foot. New businesses takes a while to get off the ground and during that time you need to be able to support yourself. You had $9000 six month ago and now your're in debt, imagine what state you are going to be in in another 6 months when you have ANOTHER loan to pay off
