Balance Transfer CC

I'm looking for a Credit Card to transfer the rest of my CC debt to ($5000 to $2500 so far). I am having a difficult time finding one that is 0% for 6 months and does not have a 3% transfer fee. Can anyone make a recommendation please?

It looks like some cards from BoA meet your needs, as well as cards from IberiaBank.
