Most companies I have worked for have not given bonuses, or gave small ones. I get nice ones where I am now, but we won't get them until the end of Feb or beginning of March. Mine will just go into my 401K and my CC debt. I'm hoping for the same that I got last year, but I'm not counting on anything.

Still, it'll be nice if I can get a chunk off of that debt!!!!

My last position I was considered "highly compensated" and enjoyed a package that included a rather large bonus. (25-30% of my base salary, which was six figures).

My new gig has zero bonus at my level. I certianly miss the chunk of change I used to get in March (when bonuses were levied) but most people here have been at the company for 20-30 years and don't miss what they never had.

We just got our bonuses today. They have not been as good as they have been in the past and alot of people were complaining. I, for one, am happy to have a job and even happier to get any kind of bonus.

$125 is better than nothing.
