Secured or unsecured?

I have not benn able to find anything too informative with a question I had. As far as a credit score is concerned, which do you think makes the biggest impact on credit scores...secured or unsecured debt? I am talking about a $15,000 car note or a $15,000 on credit cards? I know there are many variables to consider, but just curious.
