Angry Citi flip-flops interest rate..

Is anybody has problem with Citi interest rate?

Last month my credit card interest was at default rate due to bounce check which is not my fault (at least alone). I already disputed so that Citi reduced my 2 Citi cards. One is reduced to normal but another one was not reduced.

Does anyone get trick like that? They told that your interest rate is 0% so after you had some balance, it actually didn't change to 0% but 31%.

Now I called them again and they told me that they will change right now. But how could I know?

I am not revolver (no balance actually) but very very annoying and very reluctance to depend on them even for emergency.

They are like dagger in your pocket. Good to defend yourself but don't slip while you are walking...

Thanks
