Exclamation Direct deposit offer with $100.. good? any experience??

Recently I got offer from Chase Bank and if I open a checking account, they will give me $100... But have some catch..

1. Must do direct deposit (if not, $6 a month, but $100 offer needs direct deposit)
2. No interest (I don't care much, I have 5.36% in AmtrustDirect)
3. No check will come (may need to order)

If I close after a few months, what could happen???? Pls.. suggest me... thanks all...
I already have accounts in 3 banks.. (Local + 2 internet).. is it too much?..

If there is no penalty then you can close it at any time. I have opened an account to get $50 from M and T and just kept it open. I have 2 checking accounts and 1 saving and will open up an online account. As long as it is in good standing then it wont hurt.

Thanks.. I also researched with different thread and I found that having 5 accounts is pretty normal. I got it twice for that same offer; one with Aug 31 deadline (got last month) and later one with Sept 30 (got 2 days ago)..
My new pay check from new job (currently jobless) will come around Sept 14. So I guess I am getting free $100.... ye....a.....h....
