Default noob questions

I want to thank everyone for answering my (sometimes) exceedingly basic questions. Please keep answering even if it seems like "oh of course she knows that" or "someone else will tell her". And it is likely that someone else may have the same question. Perhaps a guest, maybe another member.

I guess my point is that even though there are a lot of people here with advanced knowledge about pf, there are a lot of us just beginning (despite our age) and we really appreciate you all breaking it down for us.

As I said in another thread this week, there are no dumb questions. Only dumb answers - LOL. So keep the questions coming, no matter how basic they may seem, if you don't know the answer, it's worth asking.

I totally agree with OP. I've come a long way in a very short time on this board. I still don't understand quite a bit of what is said but it is forcing me to ask more questions and do research. I've gone from 6 months behind in my car payments, possibly having lights/electric shut off/no possibility of Christmas and having way too many credit cards and no savings to:

Caught up on car payments
Caught up on electric/light bills
Christmas was sparse but wonderful and I did not feel guilty about it
Credit cards (that were in good standing at the time) paid off and not being used AT ALL.
Mini EF established (on Monday) of 2400.00!

I thank all of you. I'm still growing and have a long way to go but look how far I've come with all of your help.

The only dumb questions, are the ones not asked. Ask and you shall receive an answer. I'm new here too, but have went through alot over the past year or so, and I'm hoping I can share some of what I learned with others, and take advice if needed .

That's the beauty of this site. The guys and gals here treat you awesome even if they are light years ahead in knowledge. They just are so nice in passing on what they've learned. This has been a great place to learn with a lot of terrific, kind people. Ask away! I do.
