Um....I really can't see living in that thing longer than a camping trip. Did anyone else see a toliet? I guess a snonge bath or bucket bath. Are you boiling your clothes in that big metal pot too? I guess you can just tack them up on the outside to dry. Plus what kind of weather are we working with here. I guess what it really boils down to is if you can actually sleep comfty in a casket with windows..LOL I have sure camped in worse conditions....but that was camping.

Hehe. Wow, that is a highly creative outdoor living space! Kudos to the architect.

But, yes, while I am quite impressed, it appears to be lacking a bathroom. Presumably because it is not designed for permanent living. If it had that and a few other weather-proofing modifications, would I be crazy enough to live in something like that?

Well, I'm sure you guys know the answer to that one.

Right - it's supposed to be a toolshed. If you click on thru some of his other links it shows similiar designs in downtown areas between highrises. The idea is it could be modified for living.

Made me think it could be a viable option for more dignified homeless shelters.

Sleeping in a coffin, eh? Well, I've slept in some campers that were about like this!

You make it sound so cozy and inviting.

To be fair, it IS a beautiful toolshed. If I was filthy rich, I wouldn't mind hiring him to build me a real house.

Okay, in the cabana portion, under one of those nifty cushions I have visions of a portapotty.
