Which Type of Paypal Account Should I Choose?

I know I must be one of the last people around who doesn't have a Paypal account. One of my financial goals this year (as stated on my blog) is to start a Paypal account. My confusion lies in which account to choose.

Although I sell a few things on Ebay once and awhile, I don't think I want to have to use Paypal to accept payment. The fees just seem to high for the low cost products I sometimes sell. I do know that some of the auctions that I'd like to bid on require Paypal only to purchase. I have a checking account that is separate from my regular bank that I can use to link everything to.

I just opened an account on Half.com so I can start selling some books. They don't seem to require a Paypal account to receive payment, just a checking account.

I'd also like to start doing surveys that make their payments through Paypal. Shoot, for all I know there's some $$ waiting for me already!

So, any suggestions based on your own experience on which account to choose? The personal, premeir, or business?
