Why are IT companies in India mostly debt free?

What kind of IT companies are you speaking of, and where did you hear they were debt free. It is almost impossible for any company to be debt free.

I believe because most them are out sourced companies, and the rest of the other countries who are paying for labor are in debt.

backlogged is a good evidence that the company is in good standing because it shows it has future contract with customers and the interest in the IT product is genuine.

If the comany is "outsourced or 3rd party vendor" its not the company itself as it still tied to the orignial company.

I am still curious as to what IT companies are debt free. "Google" would have to be the only company that I could even think would be close. But they are probably the largest company in the world, and no one realizes it.

They all still need financing for leases for employees, and company vehicles. Go and look to see if google have DUN's number. I bet they do.

True. It's like I said, almost all companies carry some sort of debt load.

actually dave ramsey said his company is debt free, they don't borrow. my web design business is debt free, i don't owe anyone and i have money in the bank. it's possible, just not common.

Read Value-Line - you'll find that there are quite a few large established companies that are cash heavy and don't carry debt. As to why not those in India I'd have no idea.
