Cool mbna playing unfair

I have been told that mbna files their collections wrong (from dif states) and there is a way to avoid payment via. loop hole in law any comments?

If your CC is showing up in collections and it is false, you should file a complaint with the credit bureau.

If it is your debt, do what you can to pay it or transfer to another CC company.
