Stressless and WellManMan,
What a great attitude! I hadn't thought of that angle. But I have been getting myself into trouble, running up high credit card bills that I have to struggle to pay off at the end of the month. I'm putting more on the cards because of the cashback, whereas I used to put most things on the debit card so that as the money got spent my checking account balance dipped and I knew how much I had left to finish the month. Maybe with lower cashback bonuses I'll feel less tempted to use the credit cards and I can keep my spending under control better.

Claire - I just write in and subtract it out the checkbook when I use the credit card.
