BOA telephone survey

I got a phone call today from someone saying they were from Bank Of America and wanted me to participate in a telephone survey.
I told him I was not interested and hung up.
I never heard of a bank doing telephone surveys. Has anyone else received
one of these calls?

No. And you did the correct thing. Never give any credibility to phone surveys. At least not these days.

Bank of America definitely conducts telephone surveys from time-to-time or, rather, they contract for surveys to be done for them. Still, the key would be to never give any secure information to anyone who calls (ss#, account no, etc.) and I, personally, do not participate in any telephone surveys of any kind.
