Fico Score Question

I just pulled my FICO scores that I do 2 times a years since i am getting ready to buy a house and want no surprises.

two of tehm have risen considerably and are in the high 700's, but one of them Equifax is only 672.

I cannot figure out why. All three show the same information, nothing different but it is 100 pts lower. i am sumped why.

Any suggestions?

Some just rate you higher then others. i think I've heard around the rumor mill that Equifax is just like that for some reason.
