Looking for an escrow service for private RE transaction that reports to bureaus
I'm looking to set up a real estate escrow for a private transaction that will report to the major credit bureaus. Specifically, I'm purchasing a piece of property and the current owner is carrying the contract. Does anyone know of an escrow service that would handle this AND report to the bureaus? Thanks.
