my area is certainly not rural, but the site only provides tax assessment info, which is nowhere near selling value.

Has anybody's value come out way above what they believe market value is?

bought for 400K in 2000, showing at zillow for 1.1Million. Think it may be messed up due to the ocean front property values.

According to Zillow, my house is worth 17K. That's the assessed value. We bought it for 70K in 2004 and I think it's probably worth 100 easily by now.
