In January's True Credit newsletter it states "Believe it or not, the Consumer Federation of America and the National Credit Reporting Agency have found the average person's credit scores varies as much as 41 points among the three credit bureaus."
Wow if you apply for a loan and the company you're applying to uses the credit bureau with the lowest score, you might not be approved!!! I feel companies should list who they pull your score from so atleast you can know whether you will be approved or not and if approved at what rate your loan will be. |

That is terrible!! I don't see why we need 3 credit bureaus anyway!

I wonder why we need all 3 myself! We should be able to pick the credit bureau that we want to handle our credit application since they are so far apart in reporting their scores. I think it's all about making money because if they were all reporting the same score then there wouldn't be a need to pay $14.95 to each credit bureau for your score.
