HBSC Western Financial Bank & FirstFedDirect 4.25%

Can anyone tell me more about Western Financial Bank and First Fed Direct? I found that they are currently offering 4.25% like HBSC and was wondering which of the three was the best. Do Western Financial Bank or First Fed Direct have a sign up bonus like HBSC? It's getting hard to keep track of all these banks.
