Default The best financial magazine?

I want to get a better grip on my finances this year and one of the things I plan to do is subscribe to a financial magazine. If I were to get one financial magazine, which is the best in your opinion and why?

Most if not all of the major PF magazines (Money, SmartMoney, Kiplinger Personal Finance) offer trial issues. You can try them out and if you're not satisfied, you can cancel. My personal favorite is Money followed closely by Kiplinger.

Of course for more comprehensive reading, there is always the Wall Street Journal.

I have subscribed to Money magazine for almost 18 years. That is how I learned how to invest in mutual funds and the stock market.

Definitely the monthly publication of AAII(American Association of Individual Investors) is the best financial magazine out there right now.

Individual Investor magazine was decent before it sold out to Kiplinger.

I also like the Wall Street Transcript.

I like the AAII and am a life member. I like Money as well. Go to a library and take a look at some of the periodicals. Barnes and Noble as wellas other large book stores also carry mags. Go look for free before you buy!

Coincidence priceplus I have been a life member at AAII since 1987 also. I think it was less than $500 at the time what a bargain.

Paid 350 for a life membership after a couple of yearly subscriptions. It has been well worth the price.

Smartmoney, in my opinion, is a poor magazine.
