Currently
Mortgage: 120,000
CCs: $11,000
Student Loans: $22,000

I'm sure it looks bad, but we've actually paid off over $25,000 in unsecured debt since fall 2004, so we're doing well in our attack.

Homes: 322,000 and 250,000 One is a rental so pays for itself
Zero on vehicles, have never had an auto loan
CC: Bad here............just $50.00 over 10,000. Have followed the advice here & will have a handle on these sooner rather than later. Hope to post a much different response to the question this time next year.

Undergraduate Student loan = $8,000 (in deferment)
Graduate School Loan = $3,600 which will increase because I'm still borrowing
Credit Card debt = $3,961

I have $10,000 in a 401k and $500 in a bank savings account. I am going to open a higher interest rate savings account online very soon.

I own my car and I rent a place to live in.

So my net worth is currently about negative $5,000.

Contrary, after joining this site, I bet you will pay down a big chunk of that credit card debt this year. Good luck!
