Question federal tax with holding

I am wondering if anyone has a calculator that will help me determine the appropriate with holding I need to do for next year? I am trying to find on that will allow me to know exactly how much to withhold. I am quitting my second job, I need a break and have for the past two years withheld the maximum because of the second job not with holding anough, despite my changing the forms.

So to avoid have a huge tax return or having to pay, I am looking for something that will help me calculate it.

I live and work in California.

I am also looking for one so that I can play with some figures to determine which new job that I have been offered to take. One has the possibility of paying for another degree but the second makes about 30 k more so I want to determine which would be the best way to do it and staff with in the federal maximums of less than 5200 paid on tuition reimbursement. If I take the job that does not have the tuition reimbursement I can’t quite make it with out taking 5+years for another masters degree. I am torn.

Thanks,
K-
