Default Do I need a lawyer?

I don't have a lawyer and I'm wondering if I need one? At this point I don't have a whole lot of money or assets at this time, but will be purchasing a house soon and hope to have a growing net income each year. I'm wondering when it is a good idea to have a lawyer for financial issues? Do others here have a lawyer? Where would be a good place to locate one if you think I should have one?

Perhaps what you might consider is a certified financial planner to help you diversify assets, and a real estate attorney to assist with buying your home. See k out a certified financial planner that charge a flat fee and you will then know that the planner is not trying to sell you particular financial products on a commission. A real estate attorney can be found through Martindale Hubbell.com that has experience and a trustworthy expert in his/her field.

Good luck to you!

I really think that a lawyer is good for criminal areas and having a great accountant or financial manager is good for money issues. True lawyers do a more and do some with real estate. but either pay $100 or plus more hour or maybe around $50 for a competent financial planner.
