Default Credit Card Debt Hell & Back

With some 6 million Americans in deep credit card debt, those that are struggling to get back on their financial standing aren't alone. While the common assumption is that those who have these deep debts simply file for bankruptcy, many do work out plans to pay back the money they owe. msn.com has an article on 4 people that were deeply in the red and how they made their way back into the black.

As the article states:

...The debt monkey can be tamed and even eliminated by taking basic steps and sticking to a plan. The road is often difficult, but these consumers -- debt-free or about to become so -- say the rewards more than make up for the hardships.
