Single With 3 Kids - Living On $31K a Year
An interesting little piece over at msn.com about a women with three kids and how she changed her money habits.
Take Tricia, a single mom who lives in Pennsylvania. She supports herself, three kids, two mortgages, one car payment and a couple of student loans -- while still paying off her credit card debt -- all on about $31,000 a year... It shows how someone who had little to no financial patience learned to make money work for her instead of against her over time. The basics for getting your finances in order are put forth and it's a nice little case study how a person can turn around their finances if they want to.
