Have you heard the one about a homeowner foreclosing on a bank? Well, it has happened in Florida and involves a North Carolina based bank. Instead of Bank of America foreclosing on some Florida homeowner, the homeowners had sheriff's deputies foreclose on the bank...

A lousy company that has managed to tarnish Warren Buffet's reputation, at least for me, with its stench. His investment into BofA in the last week makes me question his sense of ethics, even if he makes money on the deal. Buffet is telling me, with his investment in BofA, that it's ok to profit on a company that has made plenty of money by jerking its customers (and, as this thread indicates, even non-customers) around.
