When will they learn?

Even the 2 examples of home buyers they used in the article that were only able to buy because of a FHA loan, were to me a classic example of why some people really should NOT buy!

There is no reason not to rent sometimes. A want is not a need!

The first example was a woman who "wanted" to buy. The second example was a young guy who "knew in his heart that he couldn't afford a house" and was amazed he was able to pull it off!

Argh.
