Why We Must Ration Healthcare
I always thought the words "rationing healthcare" a dirty phrase.

I think that we should at minimum ration cost on self inflicted diseases like lung cancer for smokers, liver disease for drinkers etc. These risks are well known so if you do it you should deal with it and not expect us to.
