The thing that everyone's afraid of when going solar is the high up front costs. I know, I hear you. But there are several ways to get around this. Here, I'll talk about two: The Solar Lease and the Solar PPA.

These two financing models aren't in every state, but they are growing more popular as the economy recovers. You can find them mainly in California, Arizona, Oregon, Massuchettes, Connecticut, and soon, Pennsylvania. Those are at least thes states I know about that are active right now...
