Boy Hands Out $100 Bills From Drug Money

A neighbourhood in Dallas has been in chaos this week after a child found as much as $100,000 in suspected drug money and started handing $100 bills to his friends. Children in the low-income South Dallas neighbourhood started showing up at school in new coats and shoes, and others used the windfall to buy candy and potato chips after the boy found the money last weekend.
