Interesting article pointing out that saving money is relative...
A couple we know shop the discount club stating they are saving money...milk is cheaper, bread is cheaper, etc. But, they don't have kids at home and they eat out 75% of the time...I can't see where buying a gallon of milk and throwing most of it out and doing the same with bread is cheaper when you have to buy bigger portions. I prefer to go to the grocery, pay for a half of gallon of milk, and use it all. |
