Man being sued for leaving negative ebay feedback
A man who was sold the wrong phone on eBay is sued by the seller after leaving negative feedback.

eBay's feedback system has always been quite vague. They would do well to better define some qualifications for negative feedback rather than just leaving it up to individual whims or personal definitions of what is worthy of it. Personally, I left eBay (and PayPal) a few years ago and haven't missed them in the least.
