That is very true...I love Asian cuisine..The Chinese buffet and the Japanese Hibachi grill are Americanized. Hence the food is similar.

REAL Chinese and Japanese foods are as similar as Greek and Irish food. There are some exceptions like Gyoza and Dumplings.

If you buy your grocery from an Asian store, keep in mind that produce tend to spoil very quickly. We can't even store salad for a week without it going bad. So small quantity for perishable is the key.
