so...... if something like this gets proposed, i think i'm moving to Zimbabwe. Not to avoid the tax, simply out of shame that it exemplifies all too well the fact that our statesmen are so well-paid yet so under-challenged (intellectually, of course).

Make prostitution legal, then tax the Brothels and the solution for collection is completed.

Give a tax credit for a family which gives birth- as that is proof a sexual act occured- that takes care of the sex tax credit.

The same-sex population will then complain they cannot take advantage of the new credit.

To which the government will then allow 50% off the sex tax in a same sex brothel.

At which time Al Gore will then complain the increased sexual activity has contributed to global warming.
