Who am I to question the author, but his premise is based in part on savings rate being negative, and savings rate does NOT include 401k and similar deposits (which are pre-tax).

I do think there are many bubbles happening.

Weak dollar is the biggest, this caused a commodities bubble which caused an oil bubble in particular.

Keep saving and your standard of living will not be an issue.
