There was an online video news (no close captions on online videos so I did not catch all of the details) talking about restaurants providing smaller portions of the meal for the same price as well. Mostly on the cut in meat size as it would be a couple ounces smaller. I even have seen some place only offering one choice of either veggies or starches as a side dish with their meat instead of all three for a 'balanced' meal.
