New Vanguard fund spans the globe

Since Vanguard seems to be a popular topic this week....

Vanguard Group on Wednesday said it plans to offer an index mutual fund and related exchange-traded fund that invest in both U.S. and international stocks, representing the first indexed product of its kind for the mutual-fund giant.

FYI, it's value weighted, and has very little exposure in small caps. Definitely want to check in with Diehards before pulling the trigger....
